A Will is probably the most important document that everybody should have, clearly documenting your assets and how you would like these distributed.

Executors are those who will make sure that your assets are distributed fairly according to your wishes. Executors can also be beneficiaries of your Will.

We charge £250 inc VAT. This includes your tailored documented Will, the Digital Recording of your Will and instructions on your last wishes.

Yes. You can certainly make a Will yourself, however we would recommend that you get your own Will validated by a Professional Will Writer who can perform the necessary validity checks and quality assurance on the Will.

No you cannot have more than one Will. If any changes are made to the original Will, then the latest Will is the one that is valid.

You will need 2 independent witnesses to sign your will

Absolutely. There is no charge for the initial consultation with Expert Will Writers. Your initial consultation will be 100% free.

Trustees can be appointed to look after the estate until the beneficiaries have reached the age of 18 or over.

That is correct. We provide you a digital copy of the Video Recording evidence for a flat flee of £10.
